Privacy Policy

We collect as little as possible: only the messages you send us and, if you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address. We never sell your information or share it for marketing.

There are no cookies or tracking pixels. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not follow you across other websites and only gives us totals, such as how many pages were viewed and from which countries.

If you write to us, we keep the correspondence to reply. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is used only to send it; you confirm the subscription first, and every issue has a link to unsubscribe.

Who is responsible

Fynd is run by Francesco Castagna and Riccardo Talami as a simple partnership, based in Lugano, Switzerland. Contact: ask@fynd.studio. If you have written to us or signed up for the newsletter, you can ask us anytime to see or delete your messages and email address.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and counts visits; Zoho Campaigns stores the newsletter list and sends it. They process data only on our behalf and may store it outside Switzerland, for example in the EU or the USA, with appropriate safeguards.
